Fitting

Starting.
Both sides of collar are adjustable.
Unbutton and move keeper out part way.
Adjust collar to align metal button with new hole and insert.
Move keeper back to original position.

D-ring (for ID tags)

Starting
Move the keeper out part way. Turn D-ring 90⁰ and pull off
Reverse the steps to reattach D-ring.
